See, I think this is a good question. I wonder about weird little things like this. Suppose I was the only one who did this  - that would get me thinking: how much of my daily routine is secretly completely divided from the norms of social behavior?

As a kid, Mom would force us (or just me?) to sleep with socks on.  I now suspect that this was at best weird and at worst unique in a undefinably sociopathic sort of way.  Suffice to say I got made fun of at early sleepovers.

Sweetie -my piggy bank owned since the age of 3. I love her like a sister

Today.  I do this a lot for my job.  I am surprisingly good at it. Or at least comfortable with it.

I sleep in the living room. (Studio apartment! No longer a hobo!)
